. Registration still open for pre-K to Grade 5. Please come to the office during the summer office hours 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Pre-K (4 years old) and Kindergarten students must sit for the screening tests during this summer before school starts. Please call the office to make an appointment.

This contains the medical release form, as well as other vital information that we must have in order to register your child for the upcoming school year. Please click the link to begin downloading. Save the file in a place that you will remember, and then open in Microsoft Word or whatever word processor program you use. Please complete the forms, print them, and mail or bring them to us as soon as possible if you intend to enroll your child as a GIA student this coming school year.
