GIA BAKE SALE - Friday May 23, 2008
Come to the BAKE SALE to benefit the Greensboro Islamic Academy!
Insha'Allah we will have:
can drinks, baklavas, macaroni beshamel, fried noodles, bottled water, cupcakes, low-sugar cuisines for diabetics, chicken/lamb briyani, kebabs, etc.
All are welcome at this final bake sale so please come and bring your family and friends! This is for the GIA kids! All proceeds will go towards funding the GIA Kids' activities.

We have a thriving and ever-growing community of Muslims in Greensboro,
Masha'Allah, and our full-time Islamic School, Greensboro Islamic
Academy, based within the Center, is likewise growing each year.

New Muslims and Non-Muslims may benefit from attending
our weekly class intended specifically
for them which is held every Sunday at 2:30pm. Please contact

Our Sisters' Class has begun and is being taught by Sister
Hager Elhassan. Class is every
Saturday at 5:00pm. Please contact Sister Hager for more information
at (336) 255-8502.
Our purpose is not only to facilitate
a better Muslim community (ummah) Insha'Allah through daily prayers,
weekly Jumu'ah services (with Khutbah in Arabic and English),
Islamic Schools, and regular classes and social events, but also
to perform Da'wah to enhance the interaction between Muslims and
Non-Muslims in our North Carolina community. We pray that Insha'Allah
you will join with us in our efforts to strengthen the positive
impact Muslims have on America and the world.
Lastly, but most important, we thank and praise Allah (SWT) for
anything in this site that benefits you or Islam or Muslims in
general. Anything in this site that is good is from Allah (SWT)
- and anything you find lacking or incorrect is definitely from
us, so please let us know if you find errors or anything which
